Setting: Inpatient, hospital, trauma level I, EMR: EPIC
Schedule: scheduled hours and call
Practice Details: Average Number of Cases Per Day: 10, annual ER cases 250K, call ratio 50%
Endovascular Therapy Required:
Peripheral Artery Disease, Gangrene of the limbs
Certifications : BC, active OH License, DEA, BLS/ACLS
