- Facility: 200-bed Hospital
- Schedule: Full time, M-F 8-5
- Practice Details: Patients Per Shift: 25. Bed In Department: 13 chemo and 8 exam
- Setting: outpatient, hospital, trauma level III, EMR: Varian for Clinic / Cerner Hospital
- Certification (s)/License: Active CA licensed, BC, and BLS.
