Job Description
One of our clients in Michigan needs assistance with Orthopedic-Hand Surgery locum tenens coverage.
Here are some of the details:
Location: 60 min. from Grand Rapids, MI
Facility: Hospital; level 1 trauma center
Practice Setting: Outpatient, EMR-EPIC
Schedule: 24-hour on call coverage – trauma call.
Practice Details: Average 1 surgical case per month, ER volume 90,000
Certifications/License: BC in orthopedic, plastic or GS. Fellowship in Hand Surgery, active MI license-no compact or IMLC, BLS and ACLS. Clinical responsibilities in-person response when procedures are required, patient contact include consults, procedures, or follow up visits scheduled.
Required Procedures: Hand related procedures, traumatic hand reconstruction, general plastic surgery procedures including facial laceration repair, scar revisions, skin grafts, flaps and minor burn care.
