Location: Northeastern, PA

Facility: Hospital; 288 bed facility.

Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours (7:30 am – 4 pm Monday – Friday)

Setting: Outpatient, EMR- EPIC and Aria

Practice Details: 8-10 patients per day; approx. 20 on treatment day. Level 3 trauma designation.  No surgery or procedures. SBRT experience is must.

License/Certifications: Active PA license, may consider IMLC.  BC or BC new grad is acceptable, not accepting BE.  ACLS and BLS.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; no call
• Patient volume: 8–10 per day, with an average of 20 patients on treatment days
• Systems: EPIC and ARIA; Eclipse for treatment planning
• Support: Onsite dosimetrist, physicist, RN, and two MAs
• Practice: No surgery or procedures; Level III trauma facility
• Requirements: Board certification, active New York license, ACLS, and BLS
